Directors’ meetings

We should hold a directors’ meeting quarterly, but often fall short of that.

All of the directors are expected to attend and any members who would like to are welcome to be there. Everyone can discuss the matters on the prearranged agenda and, where necessary, the directors will be called to vote. A simple majority will pass the vote.

In the meeting preceding an AGM, directors may vote whether to institute public votes for the members at that later meeting. They will check if any of the existing directors wish to resign at the AGM and also ensure that any members willing to become directors are listed.
